PhysX Unknown Function crashing TaskGraphThreadHP UE4.21.1

Our team is working in 2D with Paper2D and Tilemaps, and the issue has recently begun occurring and we just recently began using built in tile collision with Tilemaps after migrating to 4.21.1. We’re not certain any of these are related. The issue does not seem to occur when PIE; only when running in a standalone window or packaged build. Is this a known issue? Anyone encountered this issue before and know what can be done to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
