PhysicsAsset Collision Capsule Scaling Issue

Hi guys, I’m a noob just started gamedev in unreal. I have an issue about the scaling of collision capsules.

So I made a humanoid in blender and exported as an fbx to unreal, and I want to scale down these capsules since they are larger than its body parts so that its skirt could interact in terms of cloth simulation.

However, it seems that I am not allowed to scale down proportionally. No matter what I tried, it just ended up turning into a sphere.

This might be a dumb question, but I still hope someone can help me with this. Thanks!
