Physics constraint positions

Hi
Im picking up an actor with physics constraints ,with both hands. I have managed to set to position of the primary grab to be perfect in the hand when the primary constraint is activated.
But Im having a small issue with my secondary grab position .
The constraint is activating where I grab and thats causing an offset where there is a space between the secondary hand and the location on the actor I want to grab.

So my question is how do I either set the relative location on the actor to move to my secondary hand prior ( so its tight ) before it being activated. or do the same after the secondary constraint is active.
