Physics constraint issue

Hi, I’m trying to attach elements to a staff to have them swing from the end. I’ve used a physics constraint but no matter what I do they seem to keep swinging, even during a resting idle state, so they never come to a rest position. Does anybody know what the issue could be?

does your attached physics body have any drag or angular drag ?
could be the case, if it´s zero it will never stop or are there some collisions happening to the anchor point ?
