Physics Asset Stretching when Simulated

The bones that have IK rigs are stretching to the origin of my mesh when I simulate physics. Been struggling with this for days…

The neck is definitely not an IK and after changing to Kinetic physics it solved the mesh’s stretching itself, but when I try testing the model in third person I get this freak
