This is what happens
I’ve watched the physics asset tool tutorials from epic and nothing is colliding but still this happens. The model is from mixamo fuse. Any help? 
I am getting this figured out by removing some collisions.
It even happens if I set all angular limits to locked!
And selected simulation works just fine
Okay I fixed it, you just need to start building the physics asset from nothing.
