Physics Asset Editor - problem with setting up multiple chains

I finished the creation of a character who, according to my idea, has a lot of stimulating cloth and rope elements
So I had to start to use physics editor and what I notice that my cloth get starting to clipping when I had finished setting up any second system like cord.
The first bone of cloth starts to sink. Although this bone should in no way be displaced.
But cloth starts to simulate correctly if I delete other chains
