Physics Asset - bug with constraints orientation(Video)

I tried to make the constraints orientation for almost 3 hours, I tried everything, but it was impossible to fix them as I want. When tried with older version - 4.15 everything worked, the problem is with the new version

Im seeing this issue as well. I believe this worked properly in 4.23
