Physical simulation from blender to unreal

I am new to unreal engine , is there an way /pipeline to import physical simulation like (fire/smoke) from blender to unreal engine 5.3.

I’m not an expert on the subject, though found this tutorial:

Does this help? Should be the same for fire / smoke too, just export them as .abc

Also, you’d normally use niagara for that purpose. Here’s a tutorial on that as well:

Hope these help :innocent:

thanks for the niagara update , but is there a way to import fire and fluid simulation from blender to unreal similar to houdini and maya

this is the scene i want to import

Try exporting them as alembic (in .abc format)

it just appears as static meshes for me if i export and import as albemic it appears as an solid mesh , even the domain cube on top appears as an static mesh if i import as an geometric cache , fluid simulation work fine for me , onlyu problem with fire and smoke sim

I think handling fire & smoke inside the engine using niagara would be better anyway, since you can make it dynamic and responsive to the environment. I’m not sure if the same is possible by using an imported asset. Still, double check the importing settings in the first video I’ve provided. It’s also a physics simulation so it should be the same.
