Physical Animation Noodle Arms

Hey I new on the forum so forgive me for any formatting errors.
I am working with physical animation on my Mixamo imported character.
When I simulate it in the editor it works fine.
But when I play my game his arms become noodles.

If anyone has any guidance plz help. Ive been at this for 2 weeks now and its keeping me form moving forward. Is it a mess with the constraints? Is it the way my physics body is set up?
