I don’t think photogrammetry is going to be a good solution for this dataset. 2 of the photos are from the same position, and there is very little overlap on the 3rd. The main problem though is the amount of noise and dirt on the images, this will all be picked up as features in the software that it will not be able to match it to anything. It would be a lot better in this situation to 3d model the buildings, and use camera mapping to project the texture onto the model.
