Phat Strange Constraint Problem

I am trying to setup a ragdoll, but when I attempt to join my character’s foot with his lower leg, the constraint jumps to the top of his lower leg instead of the bottom of it. Does it have to do with the parenting? The foot is parented to an ik bone I used to animate him.

The translate tool should be where the red and green circle is.

I just figured it out!

For anyone having this problem, simply hold alt and move the translate icon over where your joint should be. Hope this helps!!!
