I am trying to add some constraint to a relative small object in the physical asset editor, and the capsules snap to large values when trying to scale them, and then I cannot make them small again.
I created a test cylinder and smooth bound it in MAYA. I then imported that into a new 4.9 project. I opened the Physics Asset window and tried to scale each body without seeing the enormous change in scale.
I have a couple of questions that should help identify what is happening.
1.) Would you send me a copy of your DxDiag?
2.) At what scale did you build this hand at? What increments of measurement did you use?
3.) Is this the only object/project that this occurs occurs on/in?
After I have this information I will continue to investigate this issue.

this seems somehow related only to our model, since I tried it on various other skeletons and it worked fine. The scaling was done in blender, which did not needed any changes in Unreal, so I guess it was 1:1.
