Phantom event in blueprint, can't see it in editor. But compiler causes an error.

I’ve got a blueprint that has an event that I cannot access, delete or modify. I had created it at one point, but didn’t need it, so I deleted it.

The browser does not show the event, but I am getting a compiler error that says it exists. When I click on the error, a read-only version of the event opens up.

I can’t edit, or delete this event! Is there some way to access this in the background to delete it? I’m at a loss.
