Perpetual Rotation in Sequencer

I’m trying to get fan blades to perpetually rotate in Sequencer. UE has the RotatingMovement Component for perpetual rotation, but I have thus far been unsuccessful in getting it to run in Sequencer, though its easy enough to get going in Play mode. Setting the Transform rotation in Sequencer does not seem to allow for a perpetual rotation as I notice a slowdown then an speed up at each key. Is there a way to get a Actor moving in Sequencer the way I can get a Character animated in Sequencer? Something akin to getting the RotatingMovement Component working in Sequencer would be ideal.
