Perpetual license Reality Capture signs me out and now i'm unable to sign in

I have the perpetual license and been able to start the software without seeing this log in screen until this morning. When typing in my e-mail and password it says it’s incorrect, but I’m able to log into MY Capture Reality account on the website using the SAME information I typed with no problem.

I’ve restarted the computer and updated to the latest version and still I am unable to sign into RealityCapture Activation.

Have you tried to reset your password? It might also help to type the password into some text editor and paste it to the specific field in the app.

Strangely enough, copying and pasting my password solved the issue :expressionless: Thanks for the solution!
