Dear all, I want to use the Unreal Logo and I know that I have to ask for a permission first. I have the form to complete, but I dont know what exactly need to write on the empty lines? Name and surname and date obviously, but it says PRINCIPAL OFFICES afterwards. I want to use the Logo in my Games and my Videos . Can you give me an example of how to fill in the form please?
