Permanently adding components to a Blueprint Actor in a map in Editor (Editor Scripting)

Is there a way to add components to a Blueprint Actor placed in a map in editor (i.e., not runtime) so that these components are visible in the details panel and the BP can be saved with these new components in the map? I’m able to add the components using the “Add Component” Node, but these components are temporary, not visible in the details panel of the Blueprint and are destroyed immediately if you do anything else in the Editor.
