Digital Developer (Senior, full-time, permanent position)
WHAT TO EXPECT
Jaguar Land Rover’s Digital Assets Group (DAG) is the centre of excellence for the creation of external customer-facing CGI assets and digital media, operating on-site at Jaguar Land Rover UK. The team is responsible for the global creation and delivery of CGI imagery for our luxury vehicles.
We are adopting Unreal Engine 4 within Jaguar Land Rover and we are searching for a knowledgeable C++/Python developer with Unreal Engine experience to support the creation of a new pipeline that allows Jaguar Land Rover to visualise its world-leading vehicles in real-time.
Key features of the role include developing and maintaining tools in C++/Python and processes for existing CGI creation applications in Unreal Engine (UE4) to support both the Model Build and Imagery Creation for the next generation of vehicles and world-facing brand material.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
You will have over four years of professional experience working in a CGI or games production environment and possess expert knowledge of programming and scripting languages to support CGI use cases and content development (C++ / Python). Furthermore, expert knowledge of real-time engine and app authoring (UE4) is essential for this position.
