Perforce imported decal material instance wrong and now getting SM6 error. Looks fine on teammate's side.

Hi folks, I’ve been working with some classmates in perforce on a short film and everything had been going relatively smoothly up until this point.

I had gotten latest in perforce so that I could grab some quixel megascans blood splatter decals my teammate had placed. We’re currently working in 5.4

This is what his screen and material looks like:

And this is mine with the broken material it imported in like:

I tried deleting my “Saved” folder in my Perforce workspace and reconnected revision control, but that didn’t work. Also I manually got latest for the “Megascans” and “MSPresets” folder in my workspace. Didn’t work either.

We’re gonna consult our professor about this, but we figured we might as well pitch the question onto the forums. Any insight and advice is highly appreciated as we’re coming up on our deadline!

UPDATE: My teammate tried refreshing from his side in the way of checking out the chain of folders and files involved with the decals and checked it back in to force an update on my end. It didn’t work either. It seems to be an issue just on my end, as our 3rd teammate is seeing the bloodsplatters just fine.

Perforce is up to date as well.

Really stumped as to why I’m only being affected like this.

FINAL UPDATE: Turns out I just needed to download the quixel bridge plugin. Had to find it in my library’s vault and download it to 5.4
