When you try logging in on the second computer, could you expand the Source Control Log so it shows, and take a screenshot of the errors it reports?
Check your workspace settings in p4v (Connection menu | Edit Current Workspaced), in the advanced tab it probably has the host field set to your first computer, delete that.
Ideally you should create a new workspace for each computer because if you have files in different states on each computer, perforce is gonna get mighty confuser and Bad Things Will Happen™
