per Poly Collision - How to enable in UE4 Editor

Does anyone know a workaround for the issue in the link?

Is it basically that when you have a mesh with nice collision set up and create a destructible from it, then the destructible ALWAYS uses the most simple collision and not the one of the original mesh.

As a though with out doing it make the building parts that needs a destructible as a unique component as part of the facade. This way the parts will have their own collision as a sum total of the complete building.

Another though could you pre-damage the building at map start up?
