We published our latest kitbash set, and it was difficult to upload. It was published later, and only a thumbnail change was made.
But we’re 42 days into it, and it’s still pending publication. We’ve tried contacting them 5-6 times over the past month and a half, but we haven’t heard back. FAB staff promised to help with this issue, but unfortunately, they haven’t.
I want to try my hand at this one again. I think this is a BUG, and as far as I can tell, FAB staff can’t resolve it.
If there was a Cancel publication section on the page, I’d cancel it myself and try again, but we can’t do that either.
However, if you follow the FAB instructions, you’ll see that it says you can do it. Yet, it still can’t be done.
I want this issue resolved now. I think we’ve waited long enough. Imagine having to wait months just for one update.
