Pending cancellation for product

I want to cancel the submission for review product since I want to make another changes but it never get done.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Upload product
2. Fill in information and convert fbx file into other format.
3. tick No, this listing does not contain mature content, Do not allow this product to be used by Generative AI Programs.
4. Submit for Review.
5. Cancel Submission

Expected Result

Status into Draft and able to make changes

Observed Result

Cant make any change since the status is still pending cancellation. It was a long time ago when it happened.
