PCG. Spawn Spline Mesh. Mesh flips vertically

Hi, friends! Please help!
Unreal Engine 5.5. I spawn spline meshes. See the picture attached.
At the beginning of my spline my mesh generates correctly, and then suddenly it flips vertically.
You can see that hand rails flip on my screenshot .
At the same time another mesh (platform) spawns correctly all the way, and it is spawned along the same spline.
The difference between meshes is that Platform has forward direction along X axis, and Handrails mesh - along Y. I tried different settings for ‘Forward Axis’ and ‘Spline Up Dir’ parameters and I couldn’t make it work.
How can I fix this? Thanks!
