PCG Mode, manual editing tool not working for 5.8.0

I am using a standard PCG template to test the manual editing functionality. I select the PCG in the level, change to PCG Mode, selected Manual Editing tool. The window opened but it is frozen. Cannot change from one spawner to another, and I cannot transform any of the meshes. I am not sure if this is a bug or I am missing something. I saw a video online where the Static Mesh Spawner had a Temporary Manual Edit option but I do not see that or any other option for manual editing in any of the Static Mesh Spawner nodes.
