PCG ignoring spline difference

No matter what I try to do to try to exclude PCG points inside splines it seems to completely ignore them. I’ve set the get spline actor to all world actors, by tag and typed the spline name in. I’ve also set the spline sampler to interior but no matter what I still get points spawning inside the spline. The only difference I saw in tutorials was at a point in this video he got a warning after making the get spline data node that I never saw when I made mine. PCG Tutorial
