PCG ignores spline-based scatterer in UE5.4.1 while switching the volume to partitioned

Hello I have a problem since I switched to 5.4.1 with my PCG Network as long as I use a simple PCG Volume everything works fine, but when I switch it to partitioned because I use it in my WorldPartition map the scatterer that uses splines that are projected to the landscape partly disappear and it also messes up the PCG Stamps they get different sizes in 5.3.2 they where all exactly the same size and everything was shown correctly. Is this a bug or should I use Splines differently in 5.4.1?
