I’m using the PCG Biomes Template where the Biomes are created dependent on the BiomeTextureProjection method. (PNG Graphic with multiple Colors for each Biome)
In the template there’s a Spline Curve to handle the PCG Exclusion.
I would like to use a Landscape Layer to handle the Exclusion. But I’m struggling how to modify the template. Thanks for your help!
I haven’t tested the BiomeTextureProjection method yet, but I think there should be a PCG-Generator graph in this method.
If it’s so, you have access to all your landscape layers there and can filter your points based on them.
ty for your answer! Yes it has a BiomesGeneratorGraph. I’ve tried it there allready without success. In the “Get Landscape Data” i’ve checked the “get layer weights” and it is connected to a Surface Sampler. When I inspect the Surface Sampler I still dont get any data.
The Demo Map with the PCG Biomes is located in the Engine > Plugins > PCG Biome Sample Content > Maps Folder.
I already checked that demo map.
I think enabling the “Sample on Landscape” parameter is the only thing that you need to do now.
where is that parameter? cant find it
