PC Specs for Cinematic non realtime rendering?

Hello, I have an older msi GS65 Stealth Thin 15"
with GeForce GTX 1660 Ti laptop. Old I know.

  1. What system specs are needed to do cinematic non realtime renderings for a short film?

I want to create as real looking as the engine can do. I know ultimately it will come down to my skills of composition, color, lighting , etc. Let’s assume I have those skills.

  1. Is an online render farm an option to overcome a crappy laptop?

If you can run the engine, I’m pretty sure you can do astounding renders, as long as you’re prepared to wait
