I reset my pc and formatted all the disks and forgot to save the map folders, do you have a solution?

Unless you used Unreal Revision Control and ‘checked in changes’ your maps are lost. 
If you were SUPER motivated to get your maps back, I know that there is a difference between a ‘quick format’ and a ‘full format’ - If you did a quick format, all those ones and zeros that make up your map don’t get erased immediately, they just no longer appear to take up space and will be over-written as you fill up your newly formatted drive. So, with the right tinkering, your files might still be intact and retrievable.
