Pc requirements for UE4

Is it enough if I have notebook with intel i5 9600H, Geforce gtx 1650 and RAM 16GB for UE4 open world build?
Or should I upgrade something?

You meet/exceed the minimum requirements but I don’t know how it will run for you. It’s easy enough to install and try prior to purchasing a new rig.

I’ve been running Unreal on much worse hardware than yours for several months.
(AMD A5, GT720 and 16GB RAM).

But you should at least smooth the timeframe, don’t use virtual shading, disable Lumen, don’t use dynamic lights, and use the scalability in Low mode.

This will allow you to work at the beginning as long as you don’t abuse the resources.

But sooner or later you are going to have to get better hardware if you want to play with particles, lights and FX…

It Is all based on how well optimized that world is. Yes, you exceed the minimum requirements to run the bare engine, but an open world is very taxing on your system. For instance, My game Crewin: The Wrath Of Athys, is an open-world game I’m making. My System is a Ryzen 9 5950X plus 64GB RAM and a 2080 Super. Because I didn’t focus on optimization I cannot go past 30fps at 1440p.

My point is as long as you focus on optimization you’ll be able to run it just fine. Good Luck!
