Pc hardware for unreal engine 5

Hey there,

I want to know what pc is better for development if I have two choice.

first pc:

Intel Core i5-12600KF Alder Lake 4.9 GHz,
AMD Radeon RX 6800 16 GB,
RAM 32GB DDR4,
SSD 1000GB

second pc:

Intel Core i5-12600KF Alder Lake 4.9 GHz,
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER 16 GB,
RAM 32GB DDR4,
SSD 1000GB

I need it for high end development such as God of war Ragnarok, Gran Turismo 7, Starfield in simple high end games for ps5 and xbox x series.

Both of pc has the same specs just graphic card is different. Is it really big difference between these cards but for development games?

4070 - if you want raytracing, and maybe physics, besides that it does not matter.

What matters in graphics cards for unreal is VRAM, but both cards have same amount.

Yeah, thanks. I appreciate to you for answer. In this case I was not sure about it. And 16gb vram is enough for development what I saw on internet.
