Paypal subscribtion canceled

Wtf xD?

So i bought this game 2 days ago via paypal payment method, epic took the 20€ and i got a subscription so epic will get its 20€ each month.
but yesterday I got a email where it said that it got canceled, not by me, who did it? is it normal ? cant post the email cause its in german but if anyone who is german wants to read it i can provide.
