Hey, I released a map on May 12th and already had about 3,000 players in May. However, I don’t see payouts in my dashboard until June 23rd. How is that possible? What about the earnings from May and before June 23rd?

The payout is about 1 to 2 months after the month counted. The $100 yearly threshold is actually a $100 payout threshold, you need to have accumulated over $100 to get a payout, regardless of whether you have passed the $100 yearly threshold or not.
