Summary
Epic Games didn’t send any money to my bank account for the products I sold three months ago. Even though the payout section says “paid,” I haven’t received any money.
I’ve sent at least 10 emails to Epic Games representatives through the support section, but all they say is, “We’re looking into your issue,” but no one seems to care.
I sell on eight different 3D sales sites, and I’ve never seen such a terrible system. The sales section is completely devoid of any detail. The payout section couldn’t be simpler; it’s completely lacking. It’s incredibly strange to me that a company like Epic Games could create such a simple system and still fail to do it.
