Payout Info application is still in progress

Hello.
I filled out the ‘Payout Info’ form 4 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been accepted.
I created a private ticket about this a week ago and it’s still unanswered with the status ‘open’.

Hi, I have the same problem. I filled out the payout info on myworkday about a month ago and still haven’t received any response. I wrote letters to accounts-payable@epicgames.com and created private and public ticket about this on the forum, but no one answers me(

Не думаю, что вопрос в банках: у меня Райффазен - выплаты со Стима и просто переводы из Европы приходят нормально.
Я думаю, что это в целом для Эпиков российские разработчики/игроки под санкциями :slight_smile:
Вон в Фортнайте нельзя же в-баксы купить из РФ.
Могли бы тогда и не регистрировать вовсе или указать это где-то…

I don’t think that the issue is with banks: I have Raiffeisen - payments from Steam and just transfers from Europe come normally.
I think it’s generally for Epic Russian developers/players under sanctions :slight_smile:
You can’t buy V-bucks from the Russian Federation in Fortnite.
They could then not register at all or indicate it somewhere …

Honestly, I don’t know. I haven’t seen any statements from Epic Games about developers from Russia.

Hey folks! Developers/Publishers from certain countries, such as Russia, currently go through a slightly different process for financial onboarding that can take some additional time for review. I unfortunately don’t currently have specifics on how much additional time that could be expected, but I will check in with the team for more information.

In the meantime, please be assured that your applications will be processed in time and should any further info be needed, we will reach out. And for those of you who have made private cases, we are making sure that they are being routed to the team that is handling these applications.

Thank you. Yep, I received a request for additional information (it turns out that it should have been uploaded as a separate file, and not just written in text in the last section of form :slight_smile:)
