I still haven’t received the payment that was supposed to arrive this month. I’m waiting for help from the support team.
I’m a publisher from Turkey and I receive my payments via bank transfer. I’m having the same issue; my payment hasn’t arrived yet

I think there is a situation related to Türkiye. I am also a seller from Türkiye and another Turkish seller contacted me and he is having the same problem.

They gave me the same answer. It’s like we’re talking to a robot.
