Там в форме есть пункт:
“On the next screen, please upload your completed W-8BEN or W-9 Tax Form, as well as other requested documents we outlined in the email we sent you. Please add a description of what you will be uploading here.”
Что с этим делать? Я плачу НПД - что приложить?
