Hello, unfortunately I have not received the payment (ID EF688959). I can’t create a private request anymore either because the web page simply won’t open anymore. The accounts-payable team also doesn’t respond to my last email. Please, could you please respond to me here or by email.

I don’t get payments by Fab. I am a game developer and this is about getting a share of the revenue from selling games on the Epic Games Store. I entered my bank account details on the myworkday website and my developer portal says my payment profile has been approved. My bank account is also in good order and can accept payments.

I was able to get help here before. However, in the last few days I can’t do it. When I click the “create private discussion” button, the site just dies. I tried to do it from several different browsers with and without VPN. However, nothing helps. Can you help with this?
