Im curious what this even means. I received the same email. Truthfully it looks a bit like a scam. Wanting me to contact a grant.wei@epicgames.com

Yet my account is active. So i am truly confused what the email implies.

Hi. No i mean the email seems to be dodge. Why would we want to contact the director of operations? That makes no sense.Surely if the email was legit it would point us to the sales or accounts department.

Same issue here, received the exact same email. No idea why, funds are available, card is still in-date. UE4 account still shows as active. Would really like to know why it has been cancelled.
