Payment Declined for Asset Purchase – Urgent Assistance Required

Summary

We attempted to purchase the following 2 items:

We tried making the payment using 4 different credit/debit cards and 2 different UPI accounts, but every attempt failed with the following error message:

“Looks like something went wrong. For your protection, this transaction has been declined. Please try another card or other payment methods.”

Given that we have a tight deadline and need these assets urgently, could you please look into this issue and advise on how we can proceed with the purchase?

Other people are having that issue, and it looks like if the system detects a suspicious activity, it will lock the account for making any payment (for a specific time) but fab staff should provide a better response.

Otherwise try to pay with paypal or use a different epic account.
