Pawn rotation is unexpectedly affected by other colliders

Hi guys! I have custom Pawn (neither defaultPawn nor Character), with BoxCollider’s ( as a Root Component) Physics Simulation turned off.
For some reason when this box collider just barely touches any other collider, occurs some Torque force that rotates my Pawn. And when I try to rotate my Pawn with mouse, controller force “fights” with this added Torque for sometime.

Enabling Simulate Physics and setting Angular Damping to 10000 has no effect.

UE is 4.27
