Pawn and opening door with root motion problem.

Hello everyone. Currently I have a door blueprint that will open and my character will play a root motion animation that depends on what is or isn’t equipped. If I rotate the door 90 degrees and put it in a different spot, or make a copy of it and rotate it, the character will not lock into place and face the door, but will instead rotate 90 degrees and face the way the original door is placed. I can’t figure out how to make the character snap into place facing the door no matter what direction it is rotated. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.
