PathTracing doesn't work in TM 2025.1 (and early) with GeForce 3070 TI - why and what can I do?

Good afternoon, comrades. I have a Geforce 3070 TI card. But PathTracing is not available in either the 25th or 24th Twin. How this hat started back in the 23rd, and in no way. But in the days of the 23rd, I had such a laptop card without RTX. Then, according to the English-language branches, they managed to hack the updated Anrial and force it to support this function anyway. But nothing worked in TM. Now the system is already running, Windows is different. Everything is different. And even it is not possible to run it either in Unreal 5,0,3 or 5,4. 5.4 also swears at projects where DirectX 12 is enabled, saying that my system does not support it. DirectX12 is installed by default in Twin, but path tracing refuses to work point blank. I understand when this happens on cards under the 20th series, but on the 30th, why is this observed?
