Hi guys, for some reason Path Tracing Disappear from View Mode it was there before and nothing change in or add to my system and I have tow card RTX 2080 Ti.
I’m currently working with UE5.3.2. Two days ago, I successfully used Path Tracing and could visualize it in View Mode. However, when I opened the same project today, the Path Tracing feature was no longer visible, and I couldn’t find it in the view mode.
Hi @albehany could you check through the Enabling the Path Tracer in Your Project section of this documentation page: Path Tracer in Unreal Engine | Unreal Engine 5.3 Documentation. Typically if you can’t see the Path Tracing option as a View Mode, then Ray Tracing may not be enabled or satisfied by the pre-requisites. I’m not sure why this would have changed for you between sessions, but hopefully this can get you back on with the Path Tracer.
Hi @xeno.SKB Simon, I think the issue I have GTX TITAN X with the other tow RTX 2080 Ti so UE use GTX TITAN X? Do you have any idea how to change what GPU that UE use. Btw the Path Tracer is enabled. Thank you.
I try to set a card for UE but still using the TITAN X
why there is no easy way to change the GPU that UE use
In my case, disable “Project Settings / RenderDoc / Attach on Start” solved the problem.
