Passthrough on Apple Vision Pro

Hi. I’m trying to get the passthrough working with the Apple Vision Pro and I can’t seem to figure out what the problem is.

I’ve follow this post where I was able to successfully package my application and run it on the Vision Pro but after doing the steps of changing the UESwift.swift and VisionOSEngine.ini in my project, it doesn’t seem to work after deleting the skybox from the VR Template (All I see is a solid black color instead of the real area around me.)

I’m currently using Xcode version 16.1 and VisionOS version 2.1.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t find an answer so I had to put this on hold at the moment.

According to this tweet, seems like there a bug with the binary version of UE 5.5 which doesn’t use the correct UE.swift file.

After finding about that, I build UE 5.5 from source on a Mac, followed the instructions and it worked.
