You can try using my launcher to do the upload if you haven’t already, it automates using SteamCMD to do it directly. You can get it from here:

The problem was my Steam-Guard, haven´t seen the message in the DevKit intern Uploader…
But every time, I want update it, it gets a new workshop-id.

Try setting the workshop ID manually once and see if it sticks then. If it doesn’t send me your settings.ini file in a PM with your steam credentials removed.
