Particles and level bounds

Hi all!
Another trouble - i have particles (let it be fire sparkles), packed to actor blueprint (u know, to add it to the world). Also i have streaming level., so trouble - if i adding bp with particles to the world - level expands it’s bound border to zero point of world. why? how? also there is no “add selected actor to current level” if to use r-click menu., also it’s not level trouble, because tried it at different levels., so how to add simple particle to streaming level and not to break it’s bound?
