Is anyone else getting lots of crashing with this plugin on 4.27?

Is there anyway to simply print out the Text I type in, without some special effects? I only need floating damage numbers, I thought this directly outputs the Text, not that it tries to generate it from the material
Hi, We bought this for 4.27, but now that we want to update it to 5.6 it says that’s not available in our region (italy)
Any clues?
